At Allpowers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the items reach our warehouse.
